2-Text us at the website or with a mail, and we'll try to solve any kind of problem you could have with the products, and see if you will have a return/refund or not.

¿HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? AND ¿WHATS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
1-You can track it verifying your order tracking code to see the product status.
2-If the product is defective tell the reason with the proof of it (photo of the defective product) we will decide if you have a refund. If it's the size we will change the product size without refund, only the size. You'll return the wrong size product.
If you don't have your product at home, it did not arrived, we would study the problem and would refund it depending on each situation.
With this being said we will always decide if we refund or not.
